Eli is 1!!!

I can't believe how fast this past year has gone.  Our Eli is now one and such a ham.  He makes us laugh everyday.  Big sister, Addison is the best.  She loves her little brother so much!  To commemorate his birthday I did a "Smash the Cake" session with him.  It was so fun and cute.  He LOVED his cake!

Apparently I suck at blogging....

It's so sad that I only have 3 posts on here and the first one was almost a year ago!  Eli will be 1 on wednesday and I can't believe how fast this past year has gone by!  It's crazy how this babies are growing up and making me feel old.  Addison is getting ready to start 2nd grade...2nd grade!!!!  I swear just yesterday we were spending our time in the NICU in Wisconsin praying that we would get to go home.  Kyle has a new job at a brand new "green" school.  He has worked most of the summer helping get the school ready for all of the new students.  We had our first family vacation this year.  We headed to Disney World the morning after school was out and had a blast!  After 5 days there we meet up with my bestie and her family at the beach.  What a great way to start the summer!  My photography business is really growing and I've decided to make the leap and switch my major once again.  I'm going to school for photography and truly think I've finally found my niche!  Well, I've got a busy day today and a party to shoot tonight, but I'll leave you with some pictures from our summer.

Addison and I went out behind the house the other day for an impromptu photoshoot.  Here is my favorite pic we took. 

It's been awhile...maybe that's an understatement.

Okay, so I know it's been awhile since I updated this.  Eli is now almost 6 months old and getting so big.  Addison is loving 1st grade and doing so well.  Here are some updated pictures and I promise to be a better blogger.  :)

Eli Benjamin Reinholz was born on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 8:34 a.m. He weighed in at 6 lbs 15 oz and was 19 inches long. The entire experience was wonderful. Dr. Laden and her team were amazing and made sure that the experience was what we wanted and for that I am very greatful. Kyle and I had forgotten what it was like to have a newborn and saying that we are tired is probably the understatement of the year. No complaints here though, we love it and wouldn't trade any of it. Big sister, Addison is completely in love with her brother and loves helping with everything. Our little family is complete and we are all thrilled that Eli is apart of it. Here are some pictures from his birthday.
